The refund policy at Kbizsoft is 30 days. However, to ensure the protection of our customers, refunds can be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
We offer a refund if we cannot solve a problem with Kbizsoft's extension/module/plugins as advertised in the user guide and product demo. We require our customers to provide us with access to their servers, including GIT and FTP.
The refund process does not include extended features, plugin conflicts, or other software conflicts. However, Kbizsoft’s extensions/modules/plugins/ are compatible with any theme or template. When customers provide their server access [GIT or FTP details], we will ensure that our modules, plugins, and extensions are fully compatible with kbizsoft extensions.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all copies/files of Kbizsoft software have been deleted from their server/host. Additionally, they must confirm the same via email to our helpdesk. Consultancy services and installation and customisation are not eligible for refunds.
The happiness of our customers is of utmost importance to us. Additionally, we offer a refund as a credit option.
The customer may also request a refund or credit if our software does not work as advertised and we cannot fix the problem. They may use it to purchase another product/service from Kbizsofts.
